Strength & conditioning is a form of prescriptive exercise designed specifically to improve athletic performance.
Strength and conditioning training plays a vital role in preventing injury and improving performance. Athletes on the Sport Aid programme have the opportunity to be screened and are given personalised coaching programmes specific to them and their sport. Supervised coaching sessions take place most days in our purpose built gym within the Isle of Man Sport Institute facility.
