Physical Preparation is a form of prescriptive exercise designed specifically to improve athletic performance. 

Physical preparation training plays a vital role in improving performance and preventing injuries. Athletes on IoM Sport programmes have the opportunity to be screened and are given personalised coaching programmes specific to their individual needs and the sporting discipline they compete within.

Supervised coaching sessions take place most days in our purpose built gym within the Isle of Man Sport Institute facility.
